Warranty

Motomounts provides a warranty for a period of one year from the original delivery date, covering manufacturing defects. If any such defects occur during this time, Motomounts will undertake the repair or replacement of the defective part or product, at its sole discretion. Other than this repair or replacement, Motomounts does not offer any warranties, conditions, or liabilities regarding the sale, processing, or handling of the product, even if negligence or faults are involved. This warranty does not extend to damages caused by regular wear and tear, accidents, or misuse. Motomounts cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, deaths, losses, or claims arising from the use of the product.

Motomounts cannot be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages related to the use of the product or its components. Please carefully read and follow the provided instructions when using our products. Returns or replacements of parts and/or products may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement, and/or restocking fees.

Please note that the warranty does not cover Motomounts ordered for incorrect helmets. Each Motomount is specifically designed for a particular helmet model and must be ordered accordingly. Replacements will not be issued if a Motomount is ordered for a helmet it is not advertised to fit.
