International Shipping
Delivery charges for orders to international addresses are calculated during the checkout process.

When the package has arrived in your country you can track the package with your local post to see when it will be delivered to you.

Import Duties and Taxes
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Motomounts have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be (if any*). Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Express shipping policies
Please note all orders sent via DHL Express show an approximate delivery time at the checkout. These delivery times are approximate as DHL cannot promise they will be delivered in this time frame due to customs delays and aircraft delays. Customers will not be refunded the shipping amount if their parcel is delayed or takes longer than the approximate time shown at checkout.

Lost or Damaged packages
If you suspect your order has been lost or damaged in transit, please contact us support@motomounts.co.nz. We will use the delivery information to make a claim with the courier. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a refund, once we have received confirmation with the courier that delivery was not successful.
Parcel delays
If you suspect your parcel is delayed please contact us within 60 days of when the order was shipped. We will open an investigation with NZ Post. Please note we cannot refund you until NZ Post confirms the parcel is lost.
Domestic Shipping
All New Zealand orders are shipped with Courier Post. Shipping is $4.99 for Urban areas and $9.85 for Rural areas. Both include track and trace. For bulk orders please contact support@motomounts.co.nz for a shipping quote.

Lost or Damaged packages
In the unlikely occurrence that your goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 10 business days at support@motomounts.co.nz. We will then launch a formal investigation with the courier company, once Motomounts have received confirmation that the delivery has not been successful customers will be offered either a refund or replacement.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days of the order being placed.
