What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment from debit or credit cards - American Express, VISA, Mastercard as well as payments made by Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Can I return or refund my purchase?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. For more information on how you can return or refund an item please refer to our refund policy.

What happens if my mount comes off?

Motomounts is not liable if your mount manages to come off your helmet. Each mount comes with 3M tape which is rated to hold up to 13kg, therefore the only reason for a mount to come off is incorrect adhesion, or an extreme amount of force ie: crashing or dropping your helmet. We cannot stress enough that before you attach your mount to your helmet that you clean the front of your helmet with a rubbing alcohol pad which will be provided with your purchase. To adhere the 3M tape, slightly heat the tape up with a hair dryer or heat gun, to get the best possible bond.

What if you don't have a mount for my type of helmet?

If we don't currently have a mount for a helmet you require, please fill out the Request a mount form and we will custom make it, if we able.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Orders typically ship within 2 business days of receipt during non-peak times or seasons. Further information on shipping can be found here.

What action cameras fit on Motomounts?

All Motomounts use a triple clamp mount. Which means they are compatible with Gopro hero 1-8, DJI Osmo Action and any other action camera that uses the same triple clamp. If you are still unsure if your camera is compatible with Motomounts, please contact us.

Can I make changes to my order before it ships?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or cancel an order after they have been submitted. Apologies for any inconvenience.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. If you have not received a shipping email in due course, please check your spam or promotions folders. You can track your order here.

You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to check the status.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like it's not moving, chances are it's on its way!
