Motomounts is not responsible if your mount/camera comes off your helmet. The only reason for a mount to come off is incorrect adhesion, or an extreme amount of force ie: crashing or dropping your helmet. We cannot stress enough that before you attach your mount to your helmet that you follow the provided installation guide.

If we don't currently have a mount for the helmet you require, please fill out the Request a mount form and we will add it to our list.

Coupon Codes

To avail yourself of a discount code, simply enter the provided code in the designated "Discount Code" box at the checkout before completing your purchase. It is essential to note that the discount code must be entered before finalizing the transaction. Regrettably, we are unable to honor a coupon or discount once the purchase has been completed.

It is essential to note that in order to benefit from this offer, you must have three valid items in your cart before proceeding with the purchase. Regrettably, we are unable to honor this deal if the cart contains less than the specified number of items.

All Motomounts use a triple clamp mount. Which means they are compatible with Gopro hero 1-1+, DJI Osmo Action and any other action camera that uses the same triple clamp. If you are still unsure if your camera is compatible with Motomounts, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or cancel an order after they have been submitted. Apologies for any inconvenience.

When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. If you have not received a shipping email in due course, please check your spam or promotions folders.
You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to check the status.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like it's not moving, chances are it's on its way!

We suggest using a citrus based product such as De-Solv-it or Goo gone.

1. Start by picking the corner of the 3M tape up.
2. Work the solution under the 3M tape until the 3M tape peels off the helmet.

If you are applying a new piece of 3M tape ensure the helmets chin area is cleaned properly with IPA.
